A festival of amateur cyclists with DRUTEX
The penultimate weekend in September, Bytow for one day was the capital of amateur cycling, because of the ORLEN Lang Team Race, whose partner was DRUTEX S.A.
The cyclists could choose between Maxi and Mini distance. More than 250 people signed up. An additional attraction for amateur cyclists was the fact that they could race with a professional from Lotto Soudal group - Kamil Małecki.
Our company, just like with Tour de Pologne, provided logistics services, using the extended and modern car fleet.
– The final of the ORLEN Lang Team Race series in Bytów is already a tradition. It is a perfect place for cycling. We organize the race mostly for amateurs who want to feel like professionals and cycle in a professionally organized race, like in Tour de Pologne – says Czesław Lang, the head of Lang Team, who originally comes from Bytów.
Bytów is also, nonstop for 37 years, the headquarters of DRUTEX S.A.. This is where windows and doors are sent from every day all over the world.
- The race is a continuation of successful cooperation of DRUTEX with Czesław Lang and his Lang Team, and, therefore – a support for Polish cycling. We have been working together for a few years already, successfully organizing Tour de Pologne. We are delighted about high attendance in the Bytów contest, since it confirms that cycling, not just professional one, is popular in Poland. – says Paweł Grzonka marketing director in our company.
