Kamila Gierszewska as the "Industry Personality", DRUTEX as the "Construction Company of the Year"

We received two important awards at the Builder Awards Gala. Vice President Kamila Gierszewska became the "Industry Personality" and DRUTEX the "Construction Company of the Year".

The award and the title of "Industry Personality" recognise personal, managerial success in managing a company in an extremely competitive and demanding market, as well as acknowledging the effectiveness of the business strategy implemented this year in an environment of unfavourable external conditions.

This title for 2022 was awarded to Kamila Gierszewska, Vice President of our company.

Kamila Gierszewska holds a doctorate in economics (Warsaw School of Economics) and is fluent in four foreign languages. The Vice President is known to exude optimism, is always smiling, and makes business decisions quickly. However, they are always right and drive our company's growth in a powerful way. Her approach to the employees is greatly appreciated. With her charisma and modern outlook on human resources management, she creates a place where people want to work and enjoy it.

"We are entering more markets, strengthening our presence abroad, winning new Customers and growing dynamically. The importance of the DRUTEX brand and its recognition is steadily increasing. The accolades and awards are not only an ennoblement for us, but also confirm our position and the importance of the brand we have been working on for almost four decades. We are one of the most important players in the European window and door market and we are trying not to slow down," notes Kamila Gierszewska.

We are a company with nearly 40 years of tradition. Based solely on Polish capital, it was founded and run by Leszek Gierszewski. We offer our products worldwide. Exports already account for more than 80 per cent of our production. We have an extensive network of several thousand partners, through which products reach our customers in more than 40 countries on all inhabited continents. However, as the Vice President pointed out, it is only a beginning.

The award and the title of the "Construction Company of the Year" is an acknowledgement of our company's strength, position and stability against the background of the entire construction industry and its achievements in the challenging year 2022. This title was awarded to DRUTEX.

"Last year was the best year for us in the company's nearly 40-year history. We were able to exceed our plans and goals. We have strengthened our position in foreign markets, thanks to multi-million-zloty investments in production capacity, operational efficiency and brand image. Every year we allocate hundreds of millions of zloty to evolve and meet the growing expectations of the market. We are working intensively on expanding the company, increasing our production capacity, modernising our machinery as well as automating and optimising our production processes," notes the company President.

The Builder Awards are awards for industry leaders, leading companies and outstanding managers, representing all participants in the investment process: public and private investors, developers, architects and designers, general contractors and specialised works contractors, engineering companies, building materials manufacturers and industry advisors, as well as companies and organisations supporting the industry and working for the benefit of the Polish construction industry, science and education.

The awards ceremony took place on 16 March 2023, in Warsaw, during the Builder Awards Gala, at the prestigious Olympic Centre of the Polish Olympic Committee.
